Lead Friendly

We built the AI sales platform we wished existed

Lead Friendly is the product of a simple frustration: every AI calling startup we tried needed Retell or Vapi for voice, Twilio for telephony, and a separate CRM to make any of it useful. Three subscriptions, three integrations, three places a contact record could go stale. We bundled it.

Built by Mandeep Rao

Mandeep is the founder and sole engineer behind Lead Friendly. He spent years inside sales-tech — building call workflows, wiring up Retell + Twilio + CRMs for SDR teams, watching the same compliance and reliability problems repeat at every customer. Lead Friendly is the consolidated platform that stack should have been from day one.

The product runs on a self-imposed rule: ship fast, but never ship past compliance. AI voice calling intersects TCPA, FCC AI-disclosure rules, 10DLC carrier registration, DNC scrub requirements, and two-party recording laws. Every outbound channel goes through a hard compliance gate before a single byte leaves the platform.

What we believe

  • Bundled beats stitched. Voice AI, telephony, and CRM should share one data model and one bill. Three vendors mean three SLAs and three places to debug a misrouted call.
  • Compliance is a feature, not a checkbox. TCPA, 10DLC, DNC, two-party recording, and the FCC's February 2024 AI-voice ruling are wired into every guard. If a campaign would break the law, it never leaves the queue.
  • Solo-founder pace. Small team, fast iteration, real customer access to the person building the product. Email hello@leadfriendly.com and Mandeep replies.

Where we are today

Lead Friendly is in active production with paying customers running outbound voice campaigns, inbound SMS, automated workflows, and full pipeline management on a single subscription. Phone-number warmup, screener-mode detection, Hiya caller-ID registration, and FCC-mandated AI disclosure are all live — most AI voice startups don't have any of those yet.
