Every plan includes a monthly allotment of AI voice minutes and SMS. If you go over, additional usage is billed from a prepaid wallet at your plan's standard rate — no surprise invoices, and the rest of the CRM keeps working either way. The wallet auto-tops-up from your card on file when the balance gets low (default trigger $10, default top-up $50). Enabling auto-reload authorizes recurring off-session charges to your saved card; you can change the thresholds or disable auto-reload anytime in settings, which stops all future automatic charges.
