Bundle uses are like LLM API credits: your plan includes a monthly allotment of AI voice minutes; once you exceed the bundle, additional minutes draw from a prepaid wallet at your tier's rate. The wallet auto-tops-up from your card on file when the balance gets low (default trigger $10, default top-up $50). Enabling auto-reload authorizes recurring off-session charges to your saved card; you can change the thresholds or disable auto-reload anytime in settings, which stops all future automatic charges.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No — your minute bundle resets at the start of each billing period. This keeps pricing predictable for both of us.
What happens if I exceed my bundle?
Additional AI voice minutes draw from your prepaid wallet at your tier's overage rate (shown on the plan card). The wallet auto-tops-up from your card when the balance gets low — default $10 trigger, $50 reload. You can adjust both in settings, or disable auto-reload entirely.
What if my wallet runs out?
If your wallet hits $0 and auto-reload fails (or is disabled), additional AI voice minutes are paused until you top up manually or auto-reload succeeds. The rest of the CRM — contacts, pipeline, calendar, inbound call handling, automations — keeps working. We never charge you more than what's in your wallet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days but won't auto-renew if cancelled.

Do all plans get all features?
