What connects to Lead Friendly, and what does not yet

Dealers ask about their DMS and their lenders first, so this page lists every integration with one of four status words and the date we checked it. Marketplace feeds and lead intake are live. 700Credit, Dealertrack, RouteOne and Kelley Blue Book are in progress. There is no connection to CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds or Tekion.

Status last checked October 14, 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Does Lead Friendly integrate with my DMS?

Not with a two-way connection. Inventory moves with DealerCenter by feed in both directions, and nothing is written back to any DMS. There is no connection to CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds or Tekion. Lead Friendly is not a DMS, so independents typically keep theirs for titling, accounting and F&I.

Can I send credit applications to lenders from Lead Friendly?

Not through a live connection yet. Dealertrack is built and in certification, RouteOne is in progress, and neither carries real applications. Today Lead Friendly prepares the application and packet, and you submit it yourself.

Which marketplaces get my inventory?

CarGurus and Cars.com (through ICC) by automatic push, and Google vehicle listings by a feed URL you add on Google’s side. Facebook Marketplace is in progress and not live. Your Lead Friendly website uses the same inventory.

How do you decide an integration is Live?

It is Live only when it is carrying real traffic for customers. Built, in a sandbox, or in certification is In progress, and we say so. The date on each page is when we last checked it.
