Outlook calendar and Lead Friendly

The AI agent can book appointments into your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar on Pro and above. Lower plans use Google Calendar or Lead Friendly’s own calendar. Bookings appear on your Outlook calendar and on the contact record.

How it works
- Connect your Microsoft account from the integrations settings and approve calendar access.
- Choose the calendar and the hours the agent may book into.
- The agent checks availability during the call and books the slot the caller picks.
What it does not do
- Outlook sync is a plan feature: Pro and above.
- It connects one Microsoft account’s calendar, not a tenant-wide admin integration.
What to do today
On a lower plan, use Google Calendar, or let the agent book into Lead Friendly’s own calendar and forward the bookings.
