Website design & build
Your website and your AI agent, built as one system
Most businesses buy a website from one company, a CRM from another, and a phone answering service from a third — then spend years getting them to talk. We build the site and wire it into Lead Friendly in the same project. Every form, chat, and tracked call arrives as a real lead, and the AI agent answering your phone already knows what the site says.
Scoped and quoted per project — most builds land between $2,500 – $8,000.

Sites we designed and built
Real URLs, open them. Where something is a design direction or a concept rather than a client's launched site, it says so — you should not have to guess which is which.

LiveUsed-car dealership · Kent, WA
A full dealer site with live inventory: vehicle pages generated from the lot, financing pre-qualification, trade-in and lead capture landing in Lead Friendly as real contacts with history — not notification email.
smartmotorz.comTours in Seattle
Built · client launchingPrivate day tours · Seattle, WA
A day-builder instead of a booking form. Guests tap the stops they want, the site solves the driving between them, tells them honestly when the day will not fit, and prices the whole vehicle before it asks for a name.

Design directionsArchitecture & construction practice
Fourteen complete design directions, each one a working site rather than a mockup — a scroll-inked elevation that develops into a photograph, an orbitable 3D model, a blueprint-to-built scrubber. The practice picks one and we finish it.

Concept previewDealership flagship · Kent, WA
A cinematic showroom concept for a dealer who wanted the lot to feel like a showing: scroll-driven hero, a filterable floor, and Sofia — the AI sales agent — answering on the same pages. Inventory shown is demo data.
nwae-preview.vercel.appWhy ours is different
A website that does something, not one that sits there
A beautiful site that emails you a form submission is a brochure. These are the things a web shop cannot do for you, because they do not also own the CRM and the phone.
Every lead lands in the CRM, not an inbox
Contact forms, quote requests, and website chat write straight into Lead Friendly as contacts with full history and source attribution. Nobody re-keys anything, and nothing dies in a shared inbox over a weekend.
Tracked calls, attributed to the page
The number on the site is a real tracked line. You see which page the caller was reading, the recording, and the transcript — so you can tell which pages actually produce phone calls instead of guessing.
Your AI agent already knows the site
Services, hours, pricing, and inventory come from one source, so the agent answering the phone and the pages a customer is reading never contradict each other. Change the site, the agent changes with it.
Built to be found — by Google and by AI
Clean semantic markup, structured data, fast mobile pages, and content written to be quoted. The same work that earns a rich result is what gets you cited in AI answers.
Fast, because it is built not assembled
A modern stack on a global CDN — not a page builder stacking plugins on plugins. Pages load quickly on a phone on a bad connection, which is where your customers actually are.
Your domain, your content, yours
You own the domain and the content. There is no proprietary builder holding your site hostage, and no per-page rent for editing your own words.
What every build includes
- Design and build — desktop, tablet, and phone
- Copywriting from a working session with you, not filler text
- Lead capture wired into Lead Friendly (forms, chat, tracked calls)
- Technical SEO: titles, structure, sitemap, structured data
- Google Business Profile alignment and local schema
- Analytics and conversion tracking that you can actually read
- Domain, hosting, and SSL set up on your accounts
- Training on editing your own content, and a person to call
How it goes
Four steps, and you see it the whole way
A conversation, not a questionnaire
We work out what the site has to do — book, quote, sell, qualify — and what a lead is worth to you. That decides the scope, and it decides the price.
You see it before it is built
You get real pages to click through, on a real URL, not a flat picture of a homepage. Changes happen here, where they are cheap.
Built and wired
We build the site and connect it to Lead Friendly at the same time, so the day it launches the leads already have somewhere to go and someone to answer them.
Launched, then watched
We move the domain, verify the tracking is really firing, and watch the first weeks of real traffic — because launch day is when the interesting problems show up.
What it costs
Every site is scoped and quoted before any work starts — page count, what has to be wired in, and whether anything has to sync with a system you already run. No hourly surprises, and no monthly rent on your own website.
Questions
Frequently asked
How much does a website cost?
Most builds land between $2,500 – $8,000. A focused site for a service business with a quote or booking flow sits at the lower end; a dealership site with live inventory, financing, and vehicle pages sits at the upper end. Every project is scoped and quoted before any work starts, so the number you are given is the number you pay.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live in two to four weeks from the first working session. What stretches a timeline is almost never the building — it is waiting on photos, content, and decisions, so we tell you up front exactly what we need from you and when.
Do I have to use Lead Friendly to get a website?
No. We will build you a good website either way. But the reason to have us build it is that we also own the CRM and the AI phone agent, so the whole thing arrives as one working system instead of three vendors pointing at each other.
What happens to leads from the website?
They arrive in Lead Friendly as real contacts, with the page they came from, the form they filled, and their full history attached. Your AI agent can follow up immediately, or an automation can, or a person can — but nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed.
Can you redesign a site I already have?
Yes, and it is a very common request. We keep what is already ranking, fix what is losing you customers, and add the lead capture and tracking that is usually missing. Existing URLs are preserved or properly redirected so you do not lose the search traffic you already earned.
Do you build dealership websites?
Yes — with live inventory, individual vehicle pages, financing pre-qualification, trade-in intake, and an AI sales agent that can answer questions about the specific car a shopper is looking at. Smart Motorz in Kent, Washington runs on exactly this.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The domain is on your account, the content is yours, and you can edit it. There is no proprietary page builder that stops working if you stop paying us.
Do you do SEO as well?
The technical foundation is part of every build — structure, speed, sitemaps, structured data, and content written to be quoted by search engines and AI assistants. Ongoing content and local SEO work is a separate conversation, and we will tell you honestly whether you need it.
