I already have a website and a DMS. Do I have to replace them?
No. Start with the phone and the inbox; connect your existing feed so the agent quotes your real inventory. Move the website when your current contract ends.
Does the AI actually know my inventory?
Once your feed is connected, yes — stock number, price, mileage, availability, daily. Before that it knows your business from your website and says plainly it can't quote stock yet.
Which marketplaces does it push to?
Pushed to CarGurus; Cars.com and DealerCenter via feed, and a standard feed any other platform can pull. You see the last successful push and the count.
Can I submit to my lenders?
Through Dealertrack — in certification with Cox — or email the credit app with KBB valuation and book-out sheet as one packet, for lenders that aren't on it.
Is AI calling legal?
Yes, under the FCC's 2024 ruling, when consent, disclosure, quiet hours and DNC are enforced. Lead Friendly enforces them before a call is placed. Inbound calls to your number are always fine.
What does it cost?
Plans from $49/month with AI minutes included; the website build is quoted per store and owned outright. Free trial: 7 days or 30 AI voice minutes, whichever comes first; no credit card.
Can a small or independent dealership run a BDC without hiring one?
That is the size of store Lead Friendly is priced and built for. A twenty-to-eighty-unit lot rarely has a staffed BDC, and enterprise dealership CRMs are quoted per rooftop on annual contracts that assume you do — plus a dedicated performance manager. Here the AI agent is the BDC: it answers sales, service, and parts calls, calls fresh internet leads back within minutes, and books test drives, with the CRM, telephony, and compliance in the same month-to-month subscription. Pick the auto-dealership template, paste your site, and it builds itself. No per-rooftop contract and no implementation project.
What is an AI CRM for car dealers?
An AI CRM for car dealers combines the customer database and pipeline of a dealership CRM with AI agents that do the BDC work themselves — answering sales, service, and parts calls, calling internet leads back, and booking test drives and service visits. Lead Friendly reads your dealership website, builds that agent, then proposes the automations a store should run — internet-lead speed-to-lead, unsold-showroom re-engagement, service-due follow-up — created paused so you approve before they send. The agent never quotes out-the-door pricing or negotiates; it routes, qualifies, and books, and every touch is logged on the contact record.
How is Lead Friendly different from enterprise dealership CRMs?
Enterprise dealer platforms are built and priced for franchise groups, and most still rely on your staff to make the calls. Lead Friendly is priced for independent and small franchise stores, and the AI agent does the calling itself: reception across sales/service/parts, internet-lead callbacks in minutes, and follow-up campaigns — with CRM, telephony, and TCPA/FCC compliance included in one subscription instead of stitched together from separate vendors.
Does the AI agent quote prices or negotiate?
No. The agent is hard-scoped to route, qualify, and book. It never quotes out-the-door pricing, payments, or trade values and never negotiates — those conversations belong to your desk. It books the appointment so your closers have the conversation in person.
How much does Lead Friendly cost for car dealerships?
Solo is the free trial: 7 days or 30 AI voice minutes, whichever comes first; no credit card. Starter is $49/month and Pro is $99/month for 400 included AI voice minutes, plus the full agentic CRM — the agent builds itself from your website and proposes your automations and campaigns. Annual billing is about 20% cheaper. Full breakdown at /pricing.
