Dealership websites

A dealership website that feeds the phone, not an inbox

Built for independent and small used-car dealers. A real page for every vehicle, a syndication feed you can actually verify, trade-in and financing capture landing as contacts — and the number on the site answered by an AI agent that reads the same inventory and hours the pages show.

What should this cost?

What we are, and what we are not

We are not better than Dealer.com at being Dealer.com. If your manufacturer mandates an approved provider, or your store runs on native Autotrader and vAuto plumbing, keep what you have. What no dealer website platform does is also own your CRM and the agent answering your phone — so on a normal platform the site, the follow-up, and the call are three vendors with three versions of the truth. Ours is one system. That is the whole argument, and it only matters if unanswered calls and slow follow-up are actually costing you units.

Not sure they are? Work out what your missed calls cost before you spend anything on a website.

What is included

A real page for every vehicle

One indexable URL per unit, generated from your live inventory, carrying Vehicle structured data with price, mileage, VIN, and availability. This is the page a shopper searching a specific year and model actually lands on — a filterable list with no per-vehicle URL gives search engines nothing to rank.

Built to be found by Google and by AI

AutoDealer markup with hours and phone matching your Google Business Profile exactly, breadcrumbs, clean semantics, and fast mobile vehicle pages. The same structure that earns a rich result is what lets an AI assistant state a fact about your inventory confidently enough to cite you.

Trade-in and financing capture that goes somewhere

The two highest-intent actions on a dealer site, landing as contact records with source attribution rather than as email to a shared inbox. Nobody re-keys anything, and nothing dies over a weekend.

Inventory feed with a visible push history

Syndication to named destinations, with the last successful push and the published vehicle count on screen. Feeds rarely fail loudly — they publish sixty of your ninety units and look healthy from every angle except the one that matters.

A phone number that gets answered

The number on the site is a tracked line, and the AI agent answers it — routing sales, service, and parts, and booking test drives on the call, including the nights and Saturdays when nobody is at the desk. You see which page the caller was reading, plus the recording and transcript.

Yours, not rented

Domain, content, and photography are yours outright, and the build is a one-time project rather than a per-rooftop subscription. If you leave, you leave with the site.

Dealer work we have shipped

Status is labelled on every entry. A concept is design work with demo inventory, not a client's live store — we would rather say so than have you click through and find out.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a dealership website cost?

Our dealer builds start at $2,500 and most land between $2,500 – $8,000, quoted before any work starts. For context on the wider market: general website builders run roughly $35 to $300 a month, and dedicated automotive platforms are typically quoted per rooftop from a few hundred to over $2,000 a month, usually on a contract. The full breakdown, including the add-on line items that decide the real total, is in our cost guide.

Do I have to leave my current dealer platform?

Not to work with us. The CRM and the AI phone agent run against whatever site you have today, so you can keep your existing platform and still have leads land as contacts and calls get answered. Replacing a site that is working is rarely the highest-return change available — and if that is your situation we will tell you so rather than sell you a rebuild.

Will my inventory update automatically?

Yes. Vehicle pages are generated from your live inventory, so adding or selling a unit updates the site without anyone editing a page. Sold vehicles come off and out of the sitemap rather than lingering as listings for cars you do not have, which is the single most common way a dealer site loses shopper trust.

Do you syndicate to marketplaces?

Yes, with named destinations and a visible push history so you can check the last successful run and the published vehicle count against your actual in-stock count. That comparison is what catches the common failure, which is not a feed that breaks but one that quietly publishes fewer vehicles than you think.

How long does a dealership site take to build?

Typically two to four weeks from the first working session. What stretches a timeline is almost never the building — it is waiting on photography and vehicle data. We tell you up front exactly what we need from you and when.

Are you an OEM-approved website provider?

No. If your manufacturer mandates an approved provider for a franchise store, we are not it, and you should stay with the platform your program requires. We build for independent and used-car dealers who have no such mandate.

What if I only have twenty cars?

That is a normal size for the dealers we build for, and it does not change the spec — a twenty-unit lot needs per-vehicle pages, structured data, and a working feed just as much as a two-hundred-unit one, arguably more, because each unit matters more. What it does change is that we would ask you to check your unanswered-call rate first, since at that size the phone is usually the bigger leak.

Before you buy a dealership website

Tell us about your lot

How many units you carry, where your leads come from now, and what happens when the phone rings at 7pm. We will scope it before you commit to anything — and say plainly if the website is not what is costing you cars.
