Connect your Google Calendar and the AI agent books appointments straight into it, on every plan. Bookings also appear in Lead Friendly’s own calendar and on the contact record. You stay in charge of which calendar and which hours the agent can book into.

How it works
- Connect your Google account from the integrations settings and approve calendar access.
- Choose the calendar and the hours the agent may book into.
- The agent checks availability during the call and books the slot the caller picks.
- The booking appears on your Google Calendar, in Lead Friendly’s calendar and on the contact.
What it does not do
- Calendar sync is a connection to your Google account, not a Google Workspace admin integration.
- Booking rules beyond hours and calendar (resources, rooms, multi-staff routing) are set up in Lead Friendly, not read from Google.

Which plans include Google Calendar?
All of them. Outlook calendar is on Pro and above.
Does the AI double-book?
It checks the connected calendar during the call, so it does not offer a time that your calendar shows as taken.
