CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion and Lead Friendly

Not availableWe do not offer it. The page says what to do instead. Status checked October 14, 2026.

Lead Friendly does not connect to CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds or Tekion, and it does not write call or lead outcomes into a DMS. It is not a DMS. If your AI voice agent must read repair-order status or write into one of these systems, Lead Friendly is not the right fit today.

What moves

Today
No data flows between these systems and Lead Friendly.

How it works

  1. Inventory can arrive by file from a DMS such as DealerCenter; see that page.
  2. Calls, texts, leads and appointments stay in the Lead Friendly CRM.

What it does not do

  • No DMS write-back and no reading of repair orders or customer records from these systems.
  • No general ledger, titling e-file or buy-here-pay-here servicing. Keep your DMS for those.

What to do today

Use Lead Friendly for the phone, lead follow-up, website and marketplace listings, and keep your DMS for the deal and the books.

Frequently asked questions

Who should look at a DMS-connected AI instead?

Franchise and larger stores with a service lane, where the AI needs repair status or has to book service against the DMS. See the Numa comparison for that trade-off.
