Dealertrack and Lead Friendly

In progressBeing built or certified. Not carrying real customer traffic yet. Status checked October 14, 2026.

Lead Friendly’s Dealertrack credit-application connection is built against the Dealertrack API and is in certification with Cox. It is not carrying real applications, and no lender has received one through it. Until it is certified, you send applications to lenders another way.

What moves

When certified
Credit applications from Lead Friendly to lenders on Dealertrack, and decisions back.
Today
Nothing is submitted to Dealertrack from Lead Friendly.

Where it stands

  1. Built against the Dealertrack API.
  2. In certification with Cox, which owns Dealertrack.
  3. Next: a first live submission, after which this page changes to Live.

What it does not do

  • Not live, not connected for real applications.
  • No credit bureau pull and no lender has seen an application through this connection.

What to do today

Use the lender directory, the email package or paste set, and the book-out sheet on the lender page. Lead Friendly builds the credit application and the packet; a person sends it from their own mail or the lender’s portal.

Frequently asked questions

Can I submit to Dealertrack from Lead Friendly today?

No. Build the application and packet in Lead Friendly, then submit through your own Dealertrack login or the lender’s intake while certification continues.

Is this the same as RouteOne?

No. Dealertrack and RouteOne are separate credit-application platforms. Both are in progress, neither is live, and each has its own page.
