Lead Friendly is not connected to RouteOne today. The integration is in progress and not carrying applications. If a lender only takes applications through RouteOne, you keep submitting there, and Lead Friendly can prepare the information in the order a RouteOne screen asks for it.

What to do today
Use the lender directory, the email package or paste set, and the book-out sheet on the lender page. Lead Friendly builds the credit application and the packet; a person sends it from their own mail or the lender’s portal.
Frequently asked questions
My lender is on RouteOne. Can I still use Lead Friendly?
Yes. Take the application and book the car in Lead Friendly, then use the paste set to enter it into RouteOne in the same order its screen asks, and record the lender’s decision back on the deal.
