Send leads to your dealer CRM

Via email or ADFLeads move as ADF/XML email, the format dealer CRMs and marketplaces already accept. It is not a two-way sync. Status checked November 4, 2026.

On the dealer plan, Lead Friendly can email each new lead to your CRM as an ADF/XML lead, the format dealer CRMs already accept. It is off until you save your CRM’s lead email address, up to three. Then each inbound call the AI answered where the caller spoke, and each website form lead, is sent there with the name and number, the car they asked about when they named one, the call summary and a link to the call. A lead also carries a trade-in when the AI agent took down the car on the call or the form collected one. It is one way, by email, not a sync. No customer had switched it on as of the check date, so send a test lead first.

What moves

Out to your CRM
Inbound AI calls where the caller spoke, and website form leads, each as one ADF/XML email. Calls and form leads can be switched on separately.
Back from your CRM
Nothing. Lead Friendly does not read your CRM, and status changes there do not come back.
Never sent
Outbound AI calls, calls where nobody spoke, and leads that reached Lead Friendly by ADF from a marketplace or from your CRM, so nothing loops.

How it works

  1. Find the ADF lead email address your CRM gives your store. VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket and most dealer CRMs have one.
  2. Paste it into the send-leads-to-your-CRM settings in Lead Friendly. Up to three addresses, for a store CRM and a group CRM.
  3. Send the test lead from the same page and check it lands in your CRM.
  4. From then on, each qualifying call and form lead is emailed to those addresses. The settings page shows when the last lead was sent and whether the send failed.

What it does not do

  • One way, by email. It is not a two-way sync, and nothing comes back from your CRM.
  • Only on the dealer plan, and off until you save an address.
  • No customer had used it as of the check date. Send a test lead before you rely on it.
  • Your CRM decides how it de-duplicates and assigns the lead once it arrives.

What to do today

If your CRM takes a JSON webhook instead, the dealer plan can post each new contact created from an ADF lead or a server-posted form to your URL. AI calls and leads from your website’s own form are not posted there; they go by ADF email only.

Frequently asked questions

Does Lead Friendly integrate with VinSolutions, Elead or DealerSocket?

By ADF email, on the dealer plan. Save the lead address your CRM gives you and inbound AI calls where the caller spoke, and website form leads, are emailed there. It is not a two-way sync, and no customer has used it yet, so send a test lead and check it lands.

What does the lead contain?

The caller’s name and number, the car they asked about when they named one, the call summary and a link to the call in Lead Friendly. A trade is included when the AI agent took down the car on the call; otherwise it appears only if the call summary records it. A form lead carries what the form collected, including a trade-in.

Will my CRM get duplicates?

Outbound calls are not sent, because they go to people who are already leads, and an ADF lead itself is never emailed back out. If that person later calls in or fills in your website form, that call or form goes to your CRM as a new lead. A caller who calls twice is two calls; your CRM’s own duplicate rules decide what happens then.
