HubSpot, Salesforce and Lead Friendly

LiveCarrying real traffic for customers today. Status checked October 14, 2026.

On Pro and above, Lead Friendly syncs contacts with HubSpot in both directions. With Salesforce it pushes contacts one way, from Lead Friendly to Salesforce. Only contact details move. Deals, pipelines, notes and custom objects do not sync, so keep your CRM for those or use Lead Friendly’s own.

What moves

HubSpot, both ways
Contact email, first and last name, phone and company.
Salesforce, one way
Contacts pushed from Lead Friendly to Salesforce: email, name and phone. Changes made in Salesforce do not come back, and company is not written.
Not synced
Deals, pipelines, activities, notes, call recordings and custom objects.

How it works

  1. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce from the integrations settings and approve access.
  2. New and changed contacts in Lead Friendly are pushed to the CRM.
  3. For HubSpot, changes in HubSpot come back by webhook, and a skip on repeat writes stops contacts bouncing between the two systems.

What it does not do

  • Contact fields only. It is not a full CRM migration.
  • Salesforce is outbound only today: it does not read changes back from Salesforce.
  • A paid plan feature: Pro and above.
  • Call outcomes, recordings and transcripts live in Lead Friendly’s contact record, not in the other CRM.

What to do today

If your team must see call notes in HubSpot or Salesforce, pass them through the API, webhooks or Zapier on Pro and above.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate CRM?

No. Lead Friendly includes a CRM. The sync is for teams that already run HubSpot or Salesforce and want contacts kept in step.

Does it sync deals?

No. Contact details only today, and Salesforce is one way.
