On Pro and above you get developer API keys, webhooks and Zapier, which can pass new contacts and bookings to tools Lead Friendly has no native connection to. Every plan can also receive leads at a signed web-lead endpoint. An MCP server lets AI assistants read, and with the right key change, your account.

How it works
- Create an API key in the settings and choose its access level.
- Point a Zapier zap, or your own code, at the API or at the webhook step in an automation.
- For lead sources that can sign requests, post to your store’s web-lead endpoint instead.
What it does not do
- Not native integrations: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Boulevard, Vagaro and Zenoti have no native sync today; Zapier or the API is the route.
- API keys, webhooks and Zapier are a plan feature: Pro and above.

Does Lead Friendly sync with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber?
No native integration. On Pro and above, the API and webhooks can pass new contacts and bookings to a field-service tool, for example through Zapier.
Can Claude or ChatGPT connect to my account?
Yes, through the MCP server with an API key. See the guide for what each key type allows.
