Lead Friendly vs Owini
Owini and Lead Friendly make the same opening promise to a car dealer: an AI that answers every lead, by text or by phone, day and night. Owini builds out from there into Facebook — Marketplace posting, inventory ads and social DMs. Lead Friendly builds out into the rest of the store: an AI CRM for independent dealers with inventory photos, VIN to live listing, the desk, F&I and the deal jacket.
Bottom line
Pick by where your leads start and what you pay for. If your store lives on Facebook Marketplace and in Messenger, Owini covers channels Lead Friendly does not, and we would rather say so than lose you a month finding out. If the leak is the phone — missed calls, slow callbacks, marketplace leads nobody rings — or the deal is spread across a DMS, a desking spreadsheet and a paper jacket, Lead Friendly covers more of the store. The price gap is large and published on both sides: Owini’s plans with Voice AI start at $697 a month; ours start at $49 with AI voice minutes included.

Frequently asked questions
Is Lead Friendly an Owini alternative?
For the phone and the deal, yes. Both are AI CRMs sold to car dealers, and both put an AI on new leads by text and voice. They differ in what surrounds that. Owini is built around Facebook — posting inventory to Marketplace, generating inventory ads, and answering Messenger and Instagram DMs. Lead Friendly is built around the rest of the store: inventory photos, VIN scan to a live listing, desking, F&I, the deal jacket and an optional website. If most of your leads start on Facebook, Owini covers channels we do not.
How much does Owini cost compared with Lead Friendly?
Owini publishes its prices. Its CRM plans, which are the ones with Voice AI, are $697/month (Advanced, with AI voice billed at $0.625 a minute), $797/month (Unlimited, which adds AI auto-calling of every internet lead) and $1,497/month (Enterprise Unlimited). Its cheaper $97–$147 plans are built around the Facebook vehicle poster and do not list Voice AI or SMS. Lead Friendly is $49, $99 or $199 a month with AI voice minutes and SMS included. Prices read from owini.ai/pricing in September 2026; check there before deciding.
Does Owini post cars to Facebook Marketplace and Lead Friendly does not?
Correct. Owini’s Vehicle Poster is a Chrome extension that bulk-posts inventory to Marketplace, timelines and groups with AI-written descriptions, and Owini also generates carousel ads from your lot. Lead Friendly does neither. We push listings to CarGurus and send a feed to Cars.com and DealerCenter.
Can Lead Friendly desk a deal and handle F&I?
Yes. The desk runs a four-square with payment and lease math, an F&I menu, lender program checks and Reg Z disclosures, then produces and e-signs the buyer’s order and retail installment contract. Owini’s site does not describe desking or F&I, so if you rely on those today, confirm with Owini before assuming either product replaces your DMS.
Which one is better for a small used-car dealer?
Measure where your leads start and where they die. If your volume is Facebook Marketplace and DMs, Owini is built for that funnel. If the leak is unanswered calls, slow callbacks on marketplace leads, or a deal process spread across three tools, that is what Lead Friendly is built for — and at $49 to $199 a month the two are not close on price. Both offer a free trial; run the one that matches your leak.
