Frequently asked questions
Is Dialzara cheaper than Lead Friendly?
Only at the very bottom: Dialzara Lite is $29 for 60 minutes, below Lead Friendly's $49 Starter. Once you need roughly 100 minutes or more, Lead Friendly's included minutes go further: 400 minutes at $99 against Dialzara's 220 at $99. The table above compares both at 100, 200 and 500 calls.
Does Dialzara have a CRM?
Dialzara connects to a CRM and calendar you already use, through Make, Zapier or its API. Lead Friendly includes the CRM, so call transcripts, texts and appointments land on the contact record in one place. If you already have a CRM you like and want to keep it, Dialzara is the simpler add-on.
Which is better for outbound calls to new leads?
Lead Friendly includes outbound AI calling in the same plan, with consent, quiet-hour and do-not-call checks before each call. Dialzara sells outbound as a separate product from $750 a month for 1,500 contacts. If you only need inbound answering, that gap does not matter.
When should I choose Dialzara?
Choose Dialzara if you only need to answer inbound calls, you want to keep your existing CRM, you take fewer than about 60 minutes of calls a month, or you want its 7-day trial and a lower entry price.
Can I switch from Dialzara to Lead Friendly?
Yes. Both are month to month, so you can run the Lead Friendly trial in parallel, forward a test number to it, and cancel Dialzara once you are satisfied. Forward your existing number to the new agent, or port it if you prefer.
