Lead Friendly vs Quo
Quo is a shared business phone for teams, from $19 per user a month, with an AI agent sold as credits per call. Lead Friendly is an AI phone agent with a CRM, from $49 a month flat. They solve different jobs, and some businesses run both.
Prices were read from each vendor's own pricing page on October 14, 2026. We list where Quo is the better choice, not just where we are.
Bottom line
Choose Quo if your team needs shared numbers, group calling and a common inbox, and AI is a helper for overflow. Choose Lead Friendly if you want the agent to answer every call, text back, call new leads and keep everything in a CRM, without paying per seat. At the volumes in the table a single Quo Business seat plus the AI agent costs about the same as Lead Friendly; the gap opens as you add team members.

Frequently asked questions
Is Quo an AI receptionist?
Quo is a business phone system first. It has an AI agent, Sona, that you pay for in credits per call on top of the per-user plan. Lead Friendly is built the other way round: the AI agent and CRM are the product. If your team wants to talk to customers on shared numbers, Quo fits; if you want the phone answered and leads followed up automatically, Lead Friendly fits.
Is Quo cheaper than Lead Friendly?
For one user and few calls it can be close. The Quo column in the table adds one Business seat ($33 a month, needed for call transfers) to the cheapest Sona tier. Extra team members are extra seats on Quo, and a team of five costs more there.
Can I use both?
Yes, some teams do: Quo as the shared line staff pick up, and the AI agent for after-hours and overflow. Lead Friendly can also forward calls to your own team, so you can start with the agent and keep your existing phones.
What does Sona cost per call?
Quo prices Sona by call: each call is 100 credits, and every plan includes 1,000 free credits, about 10 calls. Paid tiers run $25 for 40 calls up to $199 for 600, with overage from $0.45 to $0.75 a call. Lead Friendly bills included minutes instead of calls.
When should I choose Quo?
Choose Quo if the main need is a shared business number for a team, with call history, texts and AI as a helper. Choose Lead Friendly if the main need is that every call and web lead gets answered and followed up without anyone on the phone.
